Return & Refund Policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get full refund. However, we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Return and exchange fees
- If you request a return & refund, we will charge you 20% service fee based on your payment amount. The fee mainly caused by the product value impairment and restocking fee.
- Free shipping order will be deducted the original shipping fee upon the refund. The return shipping fee need to be paid by yourself.
Support free Return reason:
- Arrived damage
Although rare,If your product is damaged on the way, it's our obligation except damaged by people. When your product is broken, you need to send us the broken product photos.
- Missing part
Although rare,If your product parts detective or missing, we can send you the replacement parts for you or partially refund you firstly, if your product's parts are infecting your product function. You can't repair it by yourself or the local technique person, and we will consider replacing a new item with you.
- Wrong item sent
Our customer service team and our shipping department are in constant communication with one another to ensure that the products that we ship to you are the products that you ordered. However, if, upon inspection, you discover that the product that you received from us is substantially different than the one you ordered from us, please contact customer service as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com, but in any event, no later than 7 business days after receipt of your order. If you contact us within this time frame, we will make arrangements to ship you the correct model at no additional cost to you or provide you with a full refund (at your option).
- Doesn't work or defective
Although rare,When you received the product that does not work, you can ask our customer service for the problem; we will give you the related technical reply; if it does still not work, you can ask for a return. When you received the product is defective, and you can ask our customer service to give you technical support or solution, if you can repair it by yourself or local store, we will provide you with some compensation.
Not support the free return:
- If you wait for the product for a long time and don't want it, we apologize for the situation occurred. Due to our products are heavy ones, the processing delivery time is more than the light package.
- If the product is out of stock and you received it too late, we can make some compensation for you, such as reward you the coupon code or a few partial refunds.
- If you have already received the item but changed your mind and don't want it anymore.
- Order it by mistake, change mind, or the price has changed; you can not return and refund.
- Products showing any signs of use or wear
- Send products to the wrong return address (including “return to sender”, please confirm the return address with us before returning. The return address is different from the shipping address.).
- Choose the return method for cash on delivery.
- Logistics lost orders. We will submit claims to the express company on all orders that are not received. And we need our customers to provide a Claim ID. We will not process refund until there is any solution received from the express company. We can re-send a product to you if you want.
- Parts and accessories are missing and returned without original packaging
- Regarding cancellation, after the package is shipped out or the package is rejected, the return shipping fee needs to be paid by customers.
- The product packaging was damaged due to the transportation of the logistics company
- We do not accept unreasonable returns
Return and exchange time：
Within 7 business days after receiving the product, you can process the return or replacement of the product. After 7 business days, we will not accept return and exchange requests. If you have any questions, please contact us within 7 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund between 3-6 business days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 72 hours.
If you haven't received the refund or the incorrect amount. Please follow the steps below:
When checking your refund amount please take into account any discounts that were applied to your order to calculate the correct refund amount.
If you return using our method a small charge will be also be deducted from your refund for the cost of shipping.
